My passion for the industry was cooked up from the early age of 10 years, cooking alongside my mother in the kitchen.During my studies at the Hurst campus I had the privilege to work in some of SA’s top establishments, such as Delaire Graff and Jordan Restaurant.
After I completed my 3 years in Hospitality Management and Cheffing, I gained more experience working at Stir food at Aleit, where after I joined the Eureka team.
God has given me an abundance of passion for people, the sacred act of marriage and the creativity that can be expressed in the kitchen.

Whilst I was still studying Food Service Management, I did my very first wedding at the age of 19!Ever since my passion for food and trying to exceed my clients expectations was my “motto”.
I love what I do and what a privilege it is to share my dream with my daughter Mieke!
